LINK AGREEMENT TERMS

Upon your agreement to the terms and conditions below, you will be taken to a page where you may download several logos specifically designed for use in linking to the SirsiDynix Web site ("Link Logos").

  1. You may use the Link Logos for the sole purpose of linking to SirsiDynix's Web site at www.sirsidynix.com. You must link directly to the home page at www.sirsidynix.com, and not to any other page on SirsiDynix's Web site or to any other Web site. You may not frame or alter the appearance of the SirsiDynix Web site in any way. You agree not to use the Link Logos for any other purpose.
  2. You agree not to alter the Link Logos in any way, or to combine them with any other names, marks or logos.
  3. You agree not to use the Link Logos in any manner likely to give the impression that you are affiliated with SirsiDynix or that SirsiDynix has sponsored or endorsed your Web site, products or services.
  4. You agree and acknowledge that this is not a trademark license by which you are using the Link Logos to indicate the origin or source of any product or service you offer.
  5. You agree and acknowledge that SirsiDynix is the sole owner of all rights in the Link Logos, and that your use of the Link Logos will inure to the benefit of SirsiDynix. You agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the world any logo, trademark, service mark, trade name or domain name confusingly similar to the Link Logos. You agree that you will not at any time contest or challenge SirsiDynix's rights in the Link Logos.
  6. SirsiDynix DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE LINK LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY SirsiDynix FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LINK LOGOS.
  7. SirsiDynix, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission to use the Link Logos at any time. You agree that upon SirsiDynix's termination of your permission to use the Link Logos, you will immediately cease all further use of the Link Logos and any other similar mark, name or logo.

LOGO USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SirsiDynix ("SirsiDynix") Logos, marks or screen shots may never be used by third parties except under a license or written guidelines from SirsiDynix.

SirsiDynix has developed the following guidelines for logo and screen shot use in promotional materials, publications and signage. The guidelines are designed to protect and maintain the integrity of SirsiDynix logos, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. You may make fair use of our trademarks or screen shots in advertising, publications and promotional materials, and in referring to our products or services (for example, on your Web site or in training materials) without SirsiDynix's permission, provided you do not modify, alter or change the SirsiDynix artwork (graphics), and provide proper attribution noted below. These guidelines do not grant any license to use the SirsiDynix logos, screen shots or trademarks, and SirsiDynix must grant the party a license prior to any use of SirsiDynix logos, screen shots or trademarks. Please make such requests by email to webmaster@sirsidynix.com.

You may never use our trademarks or screen shots in the following ways:

  • In a non-SirsiDynix product name or publication title.
  • In, as, or as part of your own trademark.
  • To identify products or services that are not SirsiDynix's.
  • To cause confusion.
  • To suggest inaccurately that we sponsor, endorse, or are otherwise connected with your activities, products, or services.
  • To disparage SirsiDynix.
  • In any other manner that SirsiDynix finds offensive.

Notice: By downloading SirsiDynix graphics or printing screen shots and using them in a web site, publication or establishing a link to the SirsiDynix site, you agree not to alter the graphics in any way or remove the SirsiDynix trademark or copyright references. You also agree not to place any material that is obscene or defamatory or derogatory to SirsiDynix on any page of a web site or publication that contains SirsiDynix graphics and/or links to SirsiDynix's web site. SirsiDynix reserves the right to inspect any usage of its trademarks or screen shots and may terminate this nonexclusive, royalty-free grant if SirsiDynix determines that use of the trademarks or screen shots are in violation of any of these guidelines.
